The Ministry of Commerce has issued a priority list for pilot free trade zones (FTZs) during the 2023-2025 period as the country marks the 10th anniversary of its pilot FTZ construction.
以自贸试验区建设十周年为契机，商务部会同有关地方、部门制定《自贸试验区重点工作清单（2023—2025年）》（以下简称《工作清单》）。
Various pilot free trade zones and the Hainan Free Trade Port are booming, innovations are gushing out in the coastal areas, development is picking up pace in the central and western regions, the momentum for revitalization is building in the northeast, and there is greater development and affluence in the border regions.
各自由贸易试验区、海南自由贸易港蓬勃兴起，沿海地区踊跃创新，中西部地区加快发展，东北振兴蓄势待发，边疆地区兴边富民。
China will work with all countries and all parties to share the opportunities from its institutional opening-up. We will steadily expand institutional opening-up with regard to rules, regulations, management and standards, put into full effect the new Catalogue of Encouraged Industries for Foreign Investment, and further develop the national integrated demonstration zone for greater openness in the service sector. We will implement the strategy to upgrade pilot free trade areas, accelerate the Hainan Free Trade Port development, and tap into their role as pilot platforms for comprehensive reform and opening-up.
中国将推动各国各方共享制度型开放机遇，稳步扩大规则、规制、管理、标准等制度型开放，实施好新版《鼓励外商投资产业目录》，深化国家服务业扩大开放综合示范区建设；实施自由贸易试验区提升战略，加快建设海南自由贸易港，发挥好改革开放综合试验平台作用。
