What do you say: 你说呢，你觉得如何？后面的那个say 4:00里的say是what about的意思，say还可以表示“比如”，用法跟for example一样。
what are you up to: 这里Vanessa的意思是“你想干嘛，你有什么预谋？”，在其他场合这句话可以当问候语来用，表示“近来如何，最近在忙什么呢”的意思。
buff: One who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about a subject, film buff就是很对电影很有研究的人。

look out for: to feel responsibility for someone or something; watch out for somebody / something.
9. Serena: B, I've been looking everywhere for you. I know that was Rachel that sent the "gossip girl" blast.
send the blast: 爆料，超常用的词。
10. Blair: Spare me, Serena. I don't need a stirring speech telling me what a good person I am. I know I'm not. Yale kicking me out is the karma I've earned.

stirring: stimulating
karma: 因果报应，512地震之后，莎朗斯通曾公开说“地震是中国人的报应”，当时她用的就是这个karma.
