So let's do it.

We're gonna begin by using the pattern I found on wilton.com.
首先需要用到我在wilton.com网站上找到的图案。

I took the pattern and then I flipped it over and I traced the reverse with a marker.
我描出了样品轮廓，然后把它翻转过来，用记号笔画出了另一面的图形。
I taped 'em both to this cake board right here
我把它们都放到这个蛋糕板上面
and covered it with parchment paper
然后把羊皮纸覆盖在上方，
and I also taped down the parchment paper,
用胶带把羊皮纸固定住，
so it's not moving around on me.
这样保证羊皮纸不会来回移动。
I have dark cocoa candy melts melted down in this bag right here.
在这个裱花袋中准备好了黑可可糖果酱。
I'm gonna cut off the end.
需要剪切掉裱花袋末端。
Now we're gonna trace the pattern with melted candy.
然后沿着图案的线条挤上糖果酱。
And then once it's traced, go ahead and fill in with melted candy.
轮廓描好以后，就用糖果酱把内部填满。
And now we're gonna do the exact same thing with the other antler.
然后重复同样的步骤制作另外一个鹿角。
Now w'ere gonna go ahead and pop these in the fridge for about 10 to 15 minutes until they set firm.
现在先把这些放到冰箱中10至15分钟直至它凝固。
Now that our antlers are set,
鹿角已经制作完成了，
we're gonna go ahead and attach pretzel rods to 'em to stick them into the cake.
接着需要把椒盐脆饼干棒黏到鹿角上面，便于让它固定在蛋糕上。
I'm gonna flip the antlers over 'cause I like the texture side sticking out.
把鹿角翻转一下，因为我喜欢让有棱角的一面朝外。
I'm gonna take the pretzel rod, dip it in some chocolate,
然后把椒盐脆饼干棒蘸一点巧克力，
get it nice and coated in some chocolate and just stick it on the back of the antler.
让巧克力轻轻地裹在饼干棒上面，然后黏在鹿角的末端。
And the we're gonna put that back in the refrigerator for another 10 to 15 minutes until that sets.

Next we're gonna take a six inch round cake

and fill and ice it with chocolate icing.

You don't have to ice it perfectly smooth.

We want a little bit of texture on there 'cause he's a reindeer.

Now that we're done icing our cake, we're ready to give our reindeer a little face.

I have some white icing right here, so we can pipe his eyes.

We're gonna take our remaining chocolate icing and color it black using Wilton's Color Right.

That will be for his nose, the pupils of his eyes and his whiskers.

Now that our cake is decorated, it's the moment we've all been waiting for.

We're finally gonna stick his little antlers in.

So I'm gonna take this here.

Now make sure you do this right before you're ready to serve it.
