Austria makes a new law. People older than 18 years must get a COVID-19 vaccine. The law will start in March.
奥地利制定了一项新法案。18岁以上者必须接种新冠疫苗。法案将在3月生效。
People will check if they have a vaccine. If they do not show a document about it, they will pay a fine. The fine can be up to 600 euros.
人们要检查自己是否接种了疫苗。如果他们不能给出文件证明,就要交罚金。罚金可能高达600欧元。
Officials will check the information about all people. People without a vaccine will get a message. They must get a vaccine. Officials will give a date when people must come to get it.

Some people are angry. They do not want a vaccine. They want to pay a fine.

1. vaccine:n. 疫苗,动词形式为vaccinate,常常用在get/be vaccinated中表示“接种疫苗”。
2. pay a fine:交罚款,fine做动词也常常用在be fined中表示“被罚款”,后面可直接接金额,如“因乱扔垃圾被罚20元”be fined 20 yuan for littering。
