Mona: Good morning, thank you for giving me an opportunity for a job interview.
莫娜：早上好，感谢您给我面试的机会。
Manager: I've reviewed your resume and found that you have an excellent working performance at an English restaurant you employed. But our restaurant is internationally renowed for Italian cuisine. Though you have an outstanding education background for Italian food, I'm still wondering whether you're specialized in the regional food of Italy.
经理：我看过你的简历，发现你在曾经受雇的英国餐厅有非常出色的表现。但是，我们的餐厅以意大利菜闻名世界。虽然你有很好的学习意大利菜的背景，但是我仍然想知道你有没有拿手的意大利地方菜。
Mona: I think I am a qualified candidate for Italian food, as I am the only chef in charge of Italian food in that English restaurant. And due to my good performance there, the manager sent me to Italy for an exchange program. It is during this program that I found the calling of my heart: I am determined to become an outstanding cook for Italian cuisine.
莫娜：我认为我是合格的意大利风味厨师的候选人。在那家英国餐厅，我是唯一一个负责意大利菜的厨师。由于我的出色表现，经理把我送到意大利进行交换学习。正是在这次的交换项目中，我感到内心的使命在召唤：我下决心要成为一名优秀的意大利菜厨师。
Manager: Oh, that's nice. Are you specialized in starters, as this would be the first impression for customers?
经理：哦，很好。你擅长做开胃菜吗？这是给顾客的第一印象。
Mona: Yes, I'm good at different kinds of starters, such as bocconcini salad, barley mushroom risotto, classic bruschetta, fennel and orange salad...
莫娜：可以的，我擅长做各种种类的开胃菜。比如罗勒汤沙拉、大麦蘑菇烩饭、经典普切塔、茴香橘子沙拉等等。
Manager: Wonderful. Now please prepare two dishes for tomorrow's cooking show. Good luck with your final interview.

Mona: Thanks a lot. I'd be fully prepared for it.
