第一、固定搭配短语精讲
1. run out
释义1：跑出来
例句：Lots of students ran out to see what had happened.
许多学生跑出去看发生了什么事情。
释义2：用尽，用完，耗尽
例句：You'd better go home before your money runs out.
你最好别等钱花光再回家。
释义3：到期，满期
例句：Our contract runs out at the end of the month.
我们的合同在本月底到期。
2. come back
释义1：回来
例句：He wanted to come back to Washington.
他想回到华盛顿。
释义2：(遗忘后重又) 回忆起
例句：I'll think of his name in a moment when it comes back to me.

3. think over
释义1：思考，仔细想，(仔细)考虑
例句：The committee have thought carefully over this plan.

第二、陷阱短语精讲
1. full of smiles：满脸笑容的，满面春风的
讲解：full of是形容词短语，意思是“充满......的”，smile作为“微笑，笑容”，它是可数名词，这里使用的是其复数形式。再如：give sb a happy smile （对某人愉快地微笑）。
2. look for work：找工作
讲解：look for是“寻找”的意思，表示“寻找工作”，用到work的话，就视为不可数名词，所以前面不要加任何冠词。
第三、写作句式
No doubt ( that ) ...
讲解：它的意思是“毋庸置疑......”“毫无疑问......”，在它后面通常有that引导一个从句，这个从句为同位语从句。这个句式还可用：There is no doubt ( that )...
例句：No doubt they will be delighted to take care of him.
没问题他们会很高兴照顾他的。
There is no doubt that we will succeed in designing the project.
毫无疑问，我们能把这项工程设计出来。
