So one way you can sound more natural and less robotic is by using informal contractions.
让自己听起来更自然、更不像机器人的一个方法就是用非正式的连读。
So how do you think we can change these sentences and make them more informal?
你认为对于下列句子，可以怎样改变一下，让句子听起来更随意？
Often, fluent speakers of English eliminate the to and replace it with a schwa sound.
通常，流利的英语使用者会去掉to，用一个轻音来替代。
What's a schwa, you might ask?
你可能会问，什么是轻音？
Well, it's one of the most common sounds in English and it's pronounced 'uh'.
这是英语中最常见的发音之一，读作很短的a。
So instead of saying going to, we can get rid of the to and replace it with a schwa - gonna.
所以不用说going to，可以去掉to，换成轻音，变成gonna。
And instead of saying want to, we can say wanna.
也不用说want to，而是wanna。
And instead of have to, you can say hafta.
不用说have to，而是hafta。

And instead of saying let me, we can say lemme.

Instead of saying full of, we can say fulla.
不用说full of，而是fulla。
