Riley: That was a good run! We hit the 3-mile mark, right? I haven’t trained my endurance in while. I should do more longer runs.

Coco: You did awesome! I usually do 3 miles when I am not in a rush. It may seem a bit long at first, but once it becomes routine, it is very enjoyable and feels just right.
