Kim: Have you ever been to pubs?
金:你曾经去过酒吧吗?
Jason: Yes. But I have never been to a foreign pub especially in South Korea.
贾森:去过,不过我还没在国外去过酒吧,尤其是韩国的酒吧。
Kim: OK. Tonight I am going to show you around in local most famous pub in Seoul. You will find it is a lot different from those in America.
金:这样啊,今晚我带你去首尔最受欢迎的酒吧,你会发现这里的酒吧跟美国的很不一样。
Jason: Really? Do you and your friends always hang out in the pubs?
贾森:真的吗?那你跟你的朋友们经常去酒吧玩吗?
Kim: Yes. It has been one of the most important recreational places for South Korean young people. We would like to drink some beers and talk with our friends.
金:是的,酒吧已经成为韩国年轻人最重要的消遣的地方之一。我们喜欢到那里喝点啤酒,和朋友聊聊天。
Jason: What else do you do in pubs?
贾森:你们在酒吧还做什么啊?
Kim: We actually get and promote our South Korean pop music and dances from pubs. You can find many young people talented at singing and dancing in the pub.
金:实际上我们在酒吧可以接收并推动韩国流行歌曲和舞蹈。你在酒吧会发现很多有歌唱和舞蹈才能的年轻人。
Jason: I understand.
